I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Our driver took my class to the Toronto zoo yesterday. He was all over the road! Drifting into oncoming traffic constantly. He wouldn’t turn the radio on for the kids to listen to music, the tv for a movie never worked, and there was something leaking on us on the right side of the bus. He also took us down back roads and wound up hitting a bridge. He didn’t report it to anyone. Just got in the bus and carried on like nothing happened. On the way home he attempted the same road he hit the bridge on and wound up having to turn around again! The bus was filthy! It was never cleaned. The bathroom had no toilet paper and hand sanitizer and was disgusting! Us staff and volunteers were very disappointed in this service!

Toronto Charters was an extremely reliable and clean bus service. Our driver Edmond had driven my classmates and I safely to Ottawa, and back. I would definitely go with them again-- Thanks Edmond!

We got the service for an English school. It was a great experience for the staff and students who went to Niagara College and Niagara falls. The bus driver was very kind and on time. Nice service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wonderful Spiritual Journey with Toronto Coach Services and Anil!

We recently took a trip to Akshardham and Vraj Temple in Pennsylvania with Toronto Coach Services, and it was a truly memorable experience. The entire tour was well-organized, punctual, and comfortable.

A special thanks to our tour guide, Anil, whose knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the journey smooth and enjoyable. He kept the group informed, engaged, and on schedule while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The coach was clean and comfortable, with regular breaks and refreshments. Both temples were absolutely beautiful and spiritually uplifting — a must-visit for anyone interested in Indian culture and devotion.

Highly recommend Toronto Coach Services for group temple tours. Looking forward to joining them on future trips!

Ali was a great and friendly guide who made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and ensured everyone felt included throughout the tour. The only drawback was the limited time we had at each location—it felt a bit rushed, and I would’ve loved a bit more time to explore each spot properly. That said, the overall experience was really nice and well-organized. Thanks, Ali!

We had an amazing time with our tour guide- Ali. He was knowledgeable about the history of Canada and the Niagara Falls. He was gracious, patient, adaptable, and periodically checked in to make sure we were doing okay. He was approachable and easy to talk to. I am so grateful to have had him as a tour guide this Easter weekend during our visit to Niagara Falls.

We had an amazing experience with this company! Our drivers, Edmond and Jouma, were absolutely fantastic. They were always kind, punctual, and were generous enough to offer us more of their time and knowledge of the area to make sure that our guests had a great experience for our weekend trip to Montreal. I would recommend this company, and specifically Edmond and Jouma, to any large group travelling near or far. We will definitely book again!

Took a charter bus to Chicago with Toronto Coach and driver Allay. It was a great experience and I had lots of fun enjoying the city. Our driver was friendly and very safe! I would highly recommend this charter company and look forward to travelling with them again.
